  • Returns Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Items that are not in resalable condition

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once a gift card is purchased, it is considered final sale.

7. International Returns
